     ALL THE ABOVE IS PUT INTO A 1” RING BINDER WITH A PLASTIC COVER. A COVER PAGE IS DESIGNED FOR THE FRONT WITH NAME OF YOUR PROJECT, PLACE OF YOUR PROJECT, DATE OF PROJECT, AND YOUR NAME. Put under plastic on outside front cover

       YOUR NAME IS PUT  PRINTED ON A PAPER LANDSCAPE MODE AND CUT TO FIT IN THE PLASTIC ON THE BINDER SO IT CAN BE READ WHILE SITTING ON A SHELF LIKE A BOOK

TWO COPIES OF ALL THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS ARE MADE and BOUND IN A SIMILAR FASHION. Copy Blue cards front and back, staple together. Pictures can be B&W but color would be better.

YOUR DRESS CODE

Class A uniform:

Scout Shirt with patches in correct places

Scout Pants (long or short)

Scout  socks (with red strip or not)

Troop 33 neckerchief with slide of your choosing

Merit Badge Sash (not necessary that you have all your MB on)

OA Sash on your belt if you are an OA member

Non-scout belt is ok but you MUST wear a belt

Dark black or brown shoes, not tennis shoes or sandals.

Hat is optional

A pen to offer the person who signs your papers – he often can’t find one and you, as an Eagle Scout, are always prepared!

MAKE SURE YOUR SCOUTMASTER HAS:

A Board of Review document printed from Troopmaster

Your letters of Recommendation to give the committee

Your original Rank Application with Council signature if he has not given it to you.

A pen to sign your final Board of Review papers – because you want to make sure he is always prepared.
